nProject Updates

October 2, 2023:
The contractor has completed the installation of all curbs, gutters, and sidewalks on the project. This week, they plan on starting the roadway paving, weather permitting.

August 24, 2023:
The contractor is in the last phase of construction. They’re currently working on concrete driveways and preparing the roadway to receive the final asphalt surface. The project is set to be completed in October 2023.

July 25, 2023:
The contractor is currently working on milling the roadway in phase 2. Once phase 2 is complete the contractor will install the seal coat and asphalt roadway for phases 1 to 3.

June 7, 2023:
The contractor is currently working on the installation of the storm sewer and the milling of the roadway. Once this is complete they will begin curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveways between Rockwood Street and Wind Rock Drive.
