Leopard Street to Hopkins Road
The existing roadway is asphalt and has an approximate width of 20 to 22 feet. This is a two-lane configuration with one travel lane in each direction. North Lexington Boulevard will include full-depth rehabilitation from Hopkins Road to Leopard Street. All existing pavement and underground infrastructure will be demolished and replaced from the N.P.I.D Intersection to the Leopard Street Intersection. Utility improvements will include upgrades to stormwater, wastewater, and water.
