Holly Road to Dead End
Reconstruction of existing 2-lane roadway on both sides of the drainage right-of-way with new pavement, sidewalk repair, curb and gutters, ADA compliant curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, upgraded additional street illumination, and underground utility improvements to storm water, water, wastewater, and gas.
November 7, 2023:
The contractor is about 75% finished with Phase 1. They are working on road work items and concrete items in Phase 1 on the east and west sides of Carroll Lane, and work on utilities is nearing completion.
October 2, 2023:
The contractor for the project has completed 60% of Phase 1 of the project. They are working on roadwork on the east and west sides of Carroll Lane. The project is set to be completed in July 2024.
August 22, 2023:
The contractor is currently finishing Phase 1A and 1B. They are currently working on the waterline and stormwater line installation.
July 14, 2023:
The contractor has installed the traffic control plan for Phase 1 of the project. The roadway surface has been milled and wastewater work is set to begin next week.
