nProject Updates
June 9, 2023: The Junior Beck project is 95% complete. The contractor worked on the last remaining driveways and sidewalks this week. Next week they will be completing the final drainage repairs.
March 2, 2023: The Junior Beck project is currently 80% complete. The contractor has completed concrete road work on Phase 2 and is working to install sidewalks and curbs along Phase 3.
November 30, 2022: The contractor is currently working on the concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter on the East side of the roadway. They will begin the waterline installation on the West side of Junior Beck in the next several weeks. The project is currently 60% complete.
September 21, 2022: The Junior Beck Drive project is currently 35% complete. The contractor continues to work on the street excavation on the east side of Junior Beck and rehab work on sanitary sewer manholes as part of Phase 3 of the project.
July 15, 2022: The Junior Beck Drive project is currently 25% complete. The contractor has poured concrete pavement and installed storm water infrastructure within Phase 1 of the project. Concrete pavement and drainage installation will continue in the coming weeks.
April 25, 2022: The Junior Beck Drive project recently began. The contractor has started Phase 1 of the project and is working on clearing the right of way. Crews are also televising the existing utilities which will continue next week.
